Katelyn Beaty is author of A Woman's Place: A Christian Vision for Your Calling in the Office, the Home, and the World (Simon & Schuster) and an editor at large at Christianity Today magazine. During her nine years at the magazine, she served as the youngest and first female print managing editor and co-founded the popular women's website Her.meneutics. She has written for The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Atlantic and has appeared on CNN, CBS, NPR, the Associated Press, Religion News Service, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. A Midwest native and graduate of Calvin College, she currently serves on the board of HOPE International, a Christ-centered microlending nonprofit. She's passionate about using the written and spoken word to empower and equip women to live out the gospel in all spheres of life.
