El Camino de Santiago
October 12 - 24, 2025
A Collaborative Pilgrimage
Event Details
Join us on a spiritual journey along the ancient pilgrimage route of El Camino de Santiago, the Way of James. This 12-day all-inclusive pilgrimage (minus airfare) from Sarria, Spain, to Santiago de Compostela is designed specifically for male pastors and ministry leaders seeking a transformative experience. Walk at a pace that allows for unhurried conversations with God, fellow ministry leaders, and new friends you’ll meet along the way.
This 115-kilometer (71-mile) journey challenges both body and spirit as you traverse the beautiful Galician landscape. Daily walks range from 9 to 15.4 miles, offering ample time for reflection, prayer, scripture reading and meaningful discussions. The pilgrimage concludes with a visit to the majestic Santiago Cathedral and participation in the Pilgrim’s Mass.
Your mission: To experience a different rhythm – the rhythm of grace. As you walk, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with fellow pilgrims, asking the profound question, “Why are you walking the Camino?” This journey serves as a unique opportunity for personal growth, spiritual renewal, and connection with other ministry leaders.
The Collaborative is partnering with our friends at Mission Discovery for this unique experience.
